We ask that all DNA samples be standardized to a concentration of 100ng/uL. Significant deviations from this concentration will impact viral titer.

96 Well PrepDNA preparation guidelines:
  96-well orders
Amount of DNA 1ug
DNA Concentration 100ng/uL
Submission format PCR plate

Sample labeling instructions: Submit your DNA in a PCR plate and label the top of the plate with your Order ID. For orders containing multiple 96-well samples, label each plate with the order item as well as the order item ID.

Mega PrepDNA preparation guidelines:
  Mega orders
Amount of DNA 1ug  times the volume of prep (mL)
DNA Concentration 100ng/uL
Submission format PCR plate

Sample labeling instructions: Submit your DNA in 1.5mL microcentrifuge tubes and label the tubes as outlined in the diagram:


Please write your order ID on each tube. For orders containing multiple samples, label tubes with the order ID followed by the order item ID.

Six Well PrepDNA preparation guidelines:

Submission format PCR strip tubes

Sample labeling instructions: Submit your DNA in PCR strip tubes and label the tubes as outlined in the diagram:

For each set of 8 strip tubes, label the first tube of each strip with the order ID. For orders containing multiple samples, label each of the following tubes with the order item ID.
